Cancellation/No-Show Policy

We require 24+ hour notice for cancelling and rescheduling appointments. Less than 24 hour notice will result in 50% of your appointment total charged to your card. We require a credit card for booking. Your card is only held on file in the event of a no-show/cancellation. You do not need to use this same card the day of your appointment to pay for your services. Please note that this policy is in place to protect our business. We respect your time so please respect ours! 

Cancelling your appointment can be done through the link you receive in your confirmation text/email. If it is within the 24 time frame before your appointment, please text us at 716-713-5720 to cancel your appointment. 

Late Policy

If you arrive more than 9 minutes after your appointment start time you will be considered late regardless of appointment length. If you are going to be late to your appointment, please contact us VIA TEXT/CALL so that we can do our best to accommodate you. If you cannot be serviced due to late arrival your card on file will be charged 50% of services booked. Please contact us directly at 716-713-5720.
